We want you to love every room of your home, and will help you get a brilliant bathroom that suits your style as well as features everything you need for your lifestyle! ![21](https://blog.swanbuild.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/21.jpg?width=630&name=21.jpg) Anything but standard… Whatever home design you choose, Swanbuild offers an exceptional amount of quality and luxury in your bathroom as standard! Whether your design features a larger combined toilet and bathroom, or separate rooms for both, we offer full ceramic floor tiling for each one! We’ll also tile bathroom/ensuite walls up to 1200mm high, and showers to 2000mm high to give you a premium finish throughout – and we can help you find the tiled finish that you love and that suit the feel of your home and bathroom. On top of that we’ll take care of the little details – such as skirting tiles in WC’s and splash-backs over the tub. And the standard finishes don’t end there – you’ll get a high quality, full gloss vanity with large mirror in your bathroom/ensuite, and any showers will have a laminated glass pivot door shower screen where necessary and a luxury built-in acrylic bath where the design includes it. Throughout your Bathroom/toilet we’ll provide quality chrome plated solid brass tap-ware as standard, and each wet area will have a ceiling fan installed to help with ventilation and reduce build-up of moisture. Make your bathroom your own… As well as all this as standard, we can also offer extra inclusions and upgrades throughout your home – even in ensuites, bathrooms and toilets! Some popular additions we often see include featured tile walls, hung vanities and coloured tap-ware to add some extra wow factor to a bathroom! Whatever your style we can help, whether you want to upgrade your bath or add some extra luxuries – just let us know and we’ll work with you to get your bathroom exactly how you want it! ![15-1800x1013](https://blog.swanbuild.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/15-1800x1013.jpg?width=1800&name=15-1800x1013.jpg) As with all aspects of a Swanbuild home, we can customise areas to suit you!
