Over the past 12 months, we’ve been able to see this joy as homes have been built in both our Swan Hill and Bendigo factories. As 2023 gets under way, we take a look at just some of the beautiful modular homes we’ve delivered to happy clients, to help you get inspired to make your dream move! We’re looking forward to helping many more people to design, build and begin living in their perfect home over the coming year. So let’s see some of our favourite homes of 2022…

Amended Contempo 20

This stylish suburban home effortlessly blends contemporary and country styles to create a unique home that looks just as good on the outside as on the inside. Based off our Contempo design, this home really does have it all.

The entry way of this home leads into the bright and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area (which has its own walk in pantry) creating a connected hub of the home where family and friends can gather to cook, eat or relax.

Large windows in all the bedrooms help to allow plenty of natural light in, while the rooms still have the cosy feel for those times when you’re unwinding at the end of the day.

A separate study and living/playroom gives everyone from young to old has a space in this home to work or play.

The bathroom is exquisitely finished and features both a bath and shower, while a separate laundry room keeps washers and dryers out of the way and creates a great spot to get those chores done.

This modern home takes inspiration from classic country interior design to give the best of both worlds for all the family.

Amended Homestead 23

A grand country home that makes the most of its location and vistas. With a high pitch roof and a wraparound verandah it gives the owners great views outside and loads of room inside too.

The large open design and high ceilings inside the home really make this home feel spacious and airy. The open plan kitchen (with walk in pantry), living and dining area are all connected by stunning wooden floors, while carpeted areas help create separation between different areas of the home.

The bedrooms in this home have large windows, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view, or taking some time for yourself. The master bedroom also has an ensuite and walk in robe making it the perfect parents retreat.

The bathrooms are simply yet stylishly finished to give them a sleek look that is still practical to use for everyone. A laundry room provides more space for storage and to help keep the rest of the home clear of the clutter of clothes from daily life!

A separate study and an extra couch area make sure there is always a space to get work done or take time to sit, relax and appreciate this lovely home.

Amended Benalla 19
A true country classic, this home has been designed to maximise the cottage charm that gives a unique design inside with a style that is instantly recognisable. The verandahs provide great outdoor spots to enjoy a summer evening meal or relax with a glass of wine as the sun goes down.

The kitchen, dining and living areas flow into one another to create a very sociable space, where everyone can chat and relax over breakfast or when cooking a meal or watching a film. This home features plenty of interesting areas that really add to that traditional country home feel, while the windows allow light easily into the home and frame the views outside.

The bedrooms feature carpets to keep them cosy, and have louvered windows that offer both light and privacy. Built in storage means there is plenty of room to keep the bedrooms clean and beautiful in their simplicity.

The bathroom features fantastic tiles that add contrast to the area, while the rustic finishes continue the country theme. Add to that a luxurious bath and shower and you’ve got a stylish classic look with modern touches.

This home captures the essence of a country cottage in a way that is both traditional and modern all at the same time, creating a truly special place for the owners to enjoy.
