The Floor Plan
The classic layout of the Homestead 23 makes it one of our most popular home choices, and once you've had a walkthrough of the home, you will see why. A huge optional wrap-around verandah gives every part of the home space to take in the outdoors. Inside, you are welcomed by the home's dedicated entryway that leads to one of the two living spaces. Modern elements like a large open-plan kitchen and meals area are at the heart of this home, and the upgraded rear alfresco area makes for the perfect entertaining space.

The Sustainable Living Package includes all the high-value inclusions of a Swanbuilld home with upgraded energy efficiency. The upgrades focus on lowering energy bills while delivering a healthier, more comfortable home. They include elements like additional insulation and PVC windows for a home that’s good for you and the environment.
