Our inclusions are anything but standard...

Here at Swanbuild, we pride ourselves on providing the highest-quality homes and best building experience for our clients, to make sure you are getting your dream home and to give you more bang for your budget!

As part of this commitment, we have made some very exciting updates to our standard inclusions list, so now our homes offer you even more value and style! So what are these new standard inclusions? Well let’s get into it!

We know when it comes to designing and building your home, you don't want to compromise on your vision...and with Swanbuild you don't have to! Our homes now feature a range of impressive upgraded standard inclusions, without upgrading the price! That’s right – not only are you getting the same great quality in your home, it now comes with improved standard inclusions.

Roof:
Our designs with Split Skillion Roofs now include raked ceilings to kitchen/meal/family areas with a 2.4m wall height to give you a real sense of space and grandeur! On top of this, we now offer a  roof pitch of 24-degrees as standard, thanks to our heavy duty fold down system that allows us to give you this steeper roof pitch while still meeting transport requirements. So your home will not only look even more impressive inside, it will look just as good from the outside too!

Ceilings:

Enjoy a home with an open feel, thanks to our new standard ceiling height for level ceilings being 2.7m high! By adding this extra height your home will feel larger and spacious thanks to more room overhead! This will be available on all designs apart from homes in our contemporary series which already feature a ceiling height of 2.4m.

Cladding:
We're now offering you the option to have James Hardie Linea Cladding on your home as standard! Not only does this cladding look great and give you the style you're after, but thanks to its unique design, it is also much more resistant to  shrinking, swelling and cracking - a real winner!

You might be thinking that’s great but what is this really going to cost me? The answer is nothing! For example, if you were looking to build a home based off our popular Benalla design and wanted to include a 2.7m high ceiling and 24-degree roof pitch. You would be looking at an additional cost of around $22,000 whereas now that they are part of our standard inclusions you can save that $22k for a rainy day!

Let’s look at another example. For a growing family of 5 who are building their dream home based off another popular design, the Homestead 5 from our Country series, who are selecting a 24-degree roof pitch, higher ceiling level of 2.7m, and they want to use the newer cladding style. Now that these are part of our standard inclusions package, this family has just saved over $35,500! And the good news doesn't end there...we've added more as standard to other areas of your home too!

Bathroom & ensuites:
Create bathroom of your dreams with these new additional standard inclusions. Bathrooms can now have ceramic wall tiles up to 2100mm high, which is almost double the previous 1200mm offered as standard! You can also choose to have a walk in tiled shower to ensuite with a fixed glass screen, as well as the option of 2 or 4 light Clipsal Tastic Heatlamp in both the family bathroom and ensuite to help you keep warm and dry all year round. You'll also be able to add  custom made Laminex cabinetry with one set of drawers to your ensuite as a standard inclusion, so getting your dream bathroom is easy with Swanbuild.

Laundry:
We haven't forgotten about your other spaces either - to top it all off, you can now add your own style and look to your laundry room with custom Laminex extended bench, cabinetry and 45L insert trough in your laundry, so that every room in your home oozes with style and quality.

Windows:
To make sure your home is as energy efficient as possible, we're now offering double glazed, Low E glass in the windows in your home! Low E (or Low Emissivity) glass has a thin layer applied to one side of the glass, which helps to reduce the loss of heat or cold. Its like an invisible insulation barrier for your windows that helps keep comfortable temperatures inside the home, while cutting emissions.
