The whole process is designed to be simple and allow for speedy build times, so you can get into your new home faster. Read on to learn more about our new Somerset 14 display home and all the benefits of the Simply Home package...  ## Layout Entering the Somerset 14, you walk into the large open plan living, kitchen and meals area. The home includes modern design elements like a large kitchen island perfect for entertaining and busy family breakfasts, and a large walk-in pantry, which our clients love for hiding appliances and keeping mess from the main living space. The home's main bedroom is located off the living space for added privacy and includes a walk-in robe and en suite, complete with a stepless shower. The two secondary bedrooms share a passageway and are situated around the home's large family bathroom and separate W.C.   ## Colour Schemes Even though the Simply Home package is designed for fast submissions and build times, you have the option to select your home's interior and exterior colours to suit your tastes, with two interior options and three exterior colour schemes available. For the Somerset 14 display home, we have chosen the timeless Cool Grey/ White colour scheme, which includes strikingly modern options like 'Shale Grey' cladding, white windows, and a roof completed in 'Basalt'.
