We can build double storey homes and take advantage of high ceilings and indoor/outdoor living features. These can assist in creating a storage and space haven for your city dwelling, granny flat or suburban town house. **Fire prone areas:** Swanbuild can help you comply to any BAL rating requirements for homes that are to be built in fire prone areas. We will assess the area and walk you through the necessary additions to your home. This will ensure it has the best possible protection in the case of a fire disaster. **Sloping properties:** Because of the way that Swanbuild homes are designed, they can be built on any type of landscape, whether flat or inclined. Swanbuild will assess the land and check that the house design is suitable. We will also ensure that the footing pads for the house to be fitted on will be accessible and ready for the house’s relocation. **Remote locations:** Swanbuild can transport your factory built home to your land, no matter how remote it is. The houses are built in such a way that they can be transported in their individual modules and assembled within a day or two. Extra parts of the house that have to be fitted on site are done after the home has been relocated, (for example, the verandah).
