While it is a busy time for all builders, our process allows us to continue to build with minimal disruptions.
We are now also operating out of our two purpose-built factories, in Swan Hill and Bendigo – both of which are in full swing! This has enabled us to effectively double our production ability, so we can have more homes being built at the same time. The factory environment also means that once we have started building your home, we know we won’t be disrupted by external factors such as the weather, so we can keep your build moving!
Our process also means we can keep you informed of exactly what stage your home build is at, so you know exactly how far there is to go until your home is ready to be transported to site. Although we have been seeing delays from councils in approving applications, we are well placed to build and transport your home to you as soon as everything is signed off – and the fact your home will be 90% completed in the factory means there is fewer timing disruptions when making the finishing touches than on a traditional build.

While we are seeing longer timeframes for building over the whole process, our ability to build in two locations is a great advantage in getting you your new home as soon as possible.
