Of course, there are some parts of the build process that take varying amounts of time depending on circumstances, and much of this is in getting permit approval from local councils. However, once your permit(s) have been approved, your build can begin!

Your home will be added to our build schedule, so you will have a date for when our team will begin construction of your brand-new home! Once building begins, the factory setting allows us to be very precise and make sure everything is up to our incredibly high standards before being delivered to your site and finished. Because of this, your build won’t suffer from weather delays, and we’ll have materials on hand to get your build ready for you!

All of this means that once your home begins its journey through our factory and onwards to you, you can have the keys to your dream home in your hand within 6-9 months, making for a much quicker turnaround than on traditional build that may suffer delays due to external factors!
