It’s been another challenging year for all of us! From opening up at the start of the year, to the re-introduction then lifting of lockdowns, unprecedented demand and supply issues within the construction industry, and many of us re-evaluating our lifestyle and location options.
Through all of this Swanbuild has continued to deliver dream homes for our clients, and we have been able to expand our production capabilities by getting our second Factory based in Bendigo operational! We are excited to make the finishing touches and being able to welcome everyone to the brand new facility!
