2020 was a year that tested us in more ways than one and, fortunately, Swanbuild Homes was still able to build many stunning homes for our clients.
The year started off with the devastating bushfires in New South Wales and Victoria. Then, just as the last of the bushfires went out, our country was hit with another disaster, the COVID-19 pandemic. The lockdowns tested us all and it was with great relief when we came through the other side.
Despite all of that we have been through, Swanbuild Homes has grown and continued to build exceptional homes over the course of the year. We sought to support those affected by bushfires by offering priority to those who needed to rebuild. Being based in a country area, we are all too familiar with the threat of bushfires. We were happy to be able to assist people in their time of need.
Our homes seem to get better and better each year. Whether off the plan or customised; in a countryside, beach, urban or city location; no matter the style or size; each home has its own individual charm. We are proud of the work we have delivered this year and look forward to seeing what 2021 will bring.
