1. 24 Degree Roof Pitch: Many relocatable homes have a shallow roof pitch and the standard for Swanbuild Homes is 18 degrees. One of the main reasons for this is because they are easier to transport. However, Swanbuild is able to deliver 20, 24 and even 35 degree pitch roofs. There are further costs involved but if that is the look you are after, Swanbuild is happy to assist.
2. 9 Foot Ceilings: As people become taller in general, ceiling height is no doubt on the increase. Not only is it advantageous for gangly, growing teenagers, but it also creates a spacious feel for your home.
3. Stepless Showers: These days we build homes for comfort and ease. Whether young or elderly, stepless showers are one way to make bathrooms more accessible and safer for all. It also creates a stunning seamless look.
4. Window Modifications: Whether you want to include more windows to increase natural light or change their position or size, Swanbuild works with you to deliver on what suits your ideal home.
5. Custom cabinetry: Many of our clients would like to have their cabinetry completed by an independent cabinet maker.
