All Swanbuild homes are built off-site in our purpose-built quality-controlled factory. This factory process prevents the build from delays like weather and site-specific issues. Your home is built to 90% completion in our factory before being transported to your property for the final finishes and installation.
Customise Your Home

That's why each and every home design from Swanbuild is entirely customisable. You can choose the home design that most suits you and have complete freedom to alter the floor plan. A dedicated home-building consultant will work with you on the home's design and recommend the optimal orientation for your home on your property to maximise natural light, increase sunlight in winter and reduce direct sunlight in summer. The Build Process
A promise we make to our clients is that they will be kept up-to-date and informed throughout their entire build process. While we are constructing your home off-site, you can arrange viewings of the factory to check on its progress and even have email updates sent with photos of every stage of your home's development. During construction at our factory, we will also be making the necessary preparations on your property in anticipation of the arrival of your home. Footing pads will be installed to ready the speedy installation of your home, and once your home is in place, the final touches, including verandahs, decking and painting, will all take place. You will have constant updates and communication with your dedicated home-building consultant throughout the build.
Inclusions
Beyond just customising the floor plan of your new home with Swanbuild you have a range of inclusions and optional extras to choose from. Your dedicated Swanbuild consultant will help you select the roof colour, cladding, windows, and paintwork options for the exterior of your home. For the interior, work with our consultant to choose the colour of walls, ceilings, tiles, and kitchen cupboard doors/bench tops. Some further options include carpet selections, floor coverings, curtains, and light fixtures, all a part of our commitment to building your home your way.
Quality Construction
Our factory-based construction process produces houses of such superior quality that we provide a 10-year warranty on our homes' structural elements for the ultimate peace of mind. We also offer a 12-month maintenance warranty to cover any minor adjustments clients may require as your new home settles into place.
