Well we can work with you to get the perfect floorplan that balances all the room you need for new additions, while still offering space for study or work. Once we’ve had a chat about what you need we’d be happy to recommend some homes – such as the Avoca or Hampton 2, and if you only want 2 bedrooms instead of 3, let us know – We can make that 3rd bedroom into a home office for you.

Not only can we guide you to the right design for you – but we also work with you in the planning stages to help you get the most from your site. We’ll chat with you about all manner of things, such as the orientation of your new home to best take in the views and surroundings, whether you’d like be as energy efficient as possible with water tanks and solar panels, as well as make sure you have all the amenities you need to be comfortable in your new home.
And it doesn’t end there – we want to make sure your new home is safe and strong. So as part of our process we look at environmental factors too – We take into account the Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) at your site and make sure your design includes everything to meet the building codes and give your home the protection it needs. If you’ve found the perfect piece of land but think it may be difficult to build on - we can also build on sloping sites and flood zones, as our adjustable pier system means we can keep your home level on sloped sites, and they also give you clearance under the home in case of any flood or water issues. As part of our starter pack, we will also conduct soil tests, so that we can let you know if there may be any potential issues with shifting soil before you build.
Our goal is to work with you from the start of the process, to when you move in and beyond to make sure you get the home you always dreamed of.
