Including 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with an ensuite), a study and a laundry, The Avoca 16 is a home that cleverly maximises its internal dimensions. With plenty of space for entertaining, the open plan family room flows into the dining room, while the alfresco area and front verandah offer the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining and dining. This home (along with all the designs in our Country Living series) also comes with 2.7 metre high ceilings to give you a more open and spacious feel!

The Style
The Avoca 16 takes its cues from traditional country styling, with this example combining pale blues and whites with a contrasting natural timber decking area. The large windows not only let plenty of light in, but allow you to enjoy the views too.
Kitchen & living area
Perfect for entertaining, this stylish and bright kitchen/living area really is the heart of the home, with a spacious and open feel thanks to the high pitched ceilings and abundance of natural light.
The kitchen features plenty of storage, with a large butlers pantry, lots of cabinetry and built in open shelving on the islands exterior, giving you all the space you need to store your kitchen gadgets! The white cabinets are contrasted with the blue accents, that tie into the colour scheme of the home. The pendant lights add a touch of style and warmth to the space, and inspired by its location, this kitchen features a turquoise and cool blue colour palette, with timber elements.
The living room is cosy yet spacious, with a large fireplace that efficiently heats the whole home, this will be especially handy during those cold winter evenings in Victoria! The space is also soaked in natural light thanks to the large double glazed windows, while the raked ceiling provides height to the room, making this a perfect spot for unwinding with the family or with friends.
The Bathroom
This is a sleek and modern bathroom that offers lots of functionality and style.
This bathroom features a large walk-in shower with a glass door and a rain shower head, great for enjoying a relaxing and refreshing shower. It is also tiled with washed grey tiles that create a smooth and elegant look, while adding a natural feel to the space. 
The bathroom also has a large sink unit and mirror that helps to reflect the light coming in around the area, while the tiles flow from the shower across the rest of the floor to create a seamless transition between them.
The Bedrooms
The bedrooms are bright and airy thanks to the windows, and have generously sized wardrobes and dual air conditioning. The master bedroom also has it's own large walk-in robe, while the others have built in robes, giving you plenty of room for additional storage.
The flat ceilings and plush carpet also help to make the bedrooms feel nice and cosy when you are settling down to bed, so they become your sanctuary and escape when you need them to, and wonderful bright spaces during the day.
