At Swanbuild, we’re always looking at ways that we can give our clients more, and recently we've set out to expand our range of offerings, giving you more choice when building your dream home.   

We've spent the past few months working hard at the drawing board creating new home designs for Swanbuild. Now we're thrilled to bring you 21 new homes and floor plans across three design series: Acre Series, Contemporary Series and Country Living Series.

Acre Series

Designed for country living, the Acre Series boasts 16 spacious and comfortable family home designs that take advantage of ground space, natural light, water catchment ability and the beauty of the Australian country landscape.  

These homes are the perfect blend between modern comfort and traditional federation design, ensuring your home remains classic and timeless whilst still maintaining all the amenities expected in this day and age.  

Some of the new home designs in our Acre Series include: 

Sandhurst Range  
The Sandhurst 25 & Sandhurst 27 are the epitome of a timeless and classic country home, with a grand entry way, open plan living area and 3 spacious bedrooms each with their own built-in robes. With an optional skillion verandah and decking area to enjoy on those warm summer nights with family and friends.

Eldorado 44 
This grand property features 5 bedrooms and 4 living areas, giving the whole family plenty of room to move. With spacious main living and dining areas and an option alfresco area, this home is an entertainers dream! 

Contemporary Series 
Designed for modern contemporary living by the beach, in the bush or in the city, Swanbuild’s Contemporary Series consists of 24 spacious and comfortable family homes. 

With cutting edge Scandinavian and contemporary Aussie design inspiration, these homes really do stand out.

Eden Range
The Eden range is a collection of 4 brand new designs that use crisp sleek lines, large windows and geometrics shapes to create a distinctive façade. Each design has a well thought out and easy to maintain floor plan that can be customised to suit your needs and lifestyle – as with any of our home designs.  

      

Mayfair Range
With modern design and a Scandinavian flavour, the Mayfair homes bring strong lines and bold angles that look fantastic outside and really deliver the goods inside too! At the heart of these homes are the spacious and flowing living, dining and kitchen areas making it a great place to chat with the family at the end of the day.  

     

Country Living Series  
Our Country Living Series boasts a range of spacious and comfortable family home designs that reflect the Australian way of life. Each home features spacious open plan living, large bedrooms, generous storage areas and all the quality inclusions that come standard with every Swanbuild home.

Homestead 27
This grand country home looks fantastic outside and offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy inside. A true family home, this home is open and spacious, yet still remains cozy.  

Benalla Range
One of our most popular home designs has now been expanded into a whole range! Combining elements of classic country styling with modern additions, the new range of Benalla homes offer floor plans suitable for any lifestyle, while still giving you the look that our ever popular Benalla has become known for.

This is a dilemma that many people face when building their dream home, but luckily at Swanbuild, we've got home styles that offer a wide range of looks and designs, so you can get the perfect home for you... 

Modern country  
Modern country home designs are perfect for those who want their home to have character, stately design and remain timeless. Especially well suited to large blocks of land. Key features of this design are covered wrap around verandas, gables and Victorian interior features, such as pressed ceilings and timber skirting/cornices.  

Contemporary  
Contemporary home designs focus on clean, sharp lines for a stylish finish. Simple structures incorporating natural wood, stone, metal and glass elements create clean, open spaces. Contemporary home designs are perfect for those who want something more sleek and cutting edge.

It doesn't matter if you're looking to move to a bigger home for your growing family, or are after a holiday home or smaller home for you to downsize to and enjoy the country lifestyle, our range of modular homes has floor plans for all sites. Plus all our designs are fully customisable, allowing you to get the floor plan and design that works for you and your needs.

All new inclusions as standard 
As part of our commitment to bringing you the most home for your budget, we have made some very exciting updates to our standard inclusions list, so now our homes offer you even more value and style! Take a look at some of the standout features of our new inclusions:  

Roof: Our designs with Split Skillion Roofs now include raked ceilings to kitchen/meal/family areas with a 2.4m wall height to give you a real sense of space and grandeur! On top of this, we now offer a  roof pitch of 24-degrees as standard. 

Ceilings: Enjoy a home with an open feel, thanks to our new standard ceiling height for level ceilings being 2.7m high!  

Windows: To make sure your home is as energy efficient as possible, we're now offering double glazed, Low E glass in the windows in your home!
