Ideally suited to those looking for a home to get you onto the property ladder, or wanting to get into a new home with your young or future family, the Simply Home Package will provide you with a quality home built to our exacting standards without any customisations, while giving you the freedom to add items such a flooring and window furnishings yourself, so that you can keep to your construction budget.

Life Made Package

Our Life Made Package is the choice for clients who are after a fully finished home tailored to their tastes and sense of style, that comes with a long list of standard premium inclusions.

With the Life Made Package clients have the freedom to choose any one of our home designs, customise the layout and design to suit their needs, and get loads of premium touches with a long list of quality inclusions like 2.7m high ceilings, Low-E double-glazed windows, ceramic wall tiles to 2100mm high on bathroom walls, and a heating & cooling split system in the living area.

The Life Made Package allows you to tailor your home to suit your lifestyle and needs, and as it comes with all the premium inclusions that we are known for, all you have to worry about is making the most of your new home.

The added inclusions in the Sustainable Living Package have been chosen to create homes that qualify for NetZero status.
