Eden 13
All of the variations of the Eden home are characterised by their striking gabled rooves and optional timber portico entrances. The Eden 13 is a beautifully functional two-bedroom layout with two bathrooms and a stunning raked ceiling in the living area. The sizeable gabled shape of the exterior consists of an oversized window in the meal area, flooding the space with natural light. Contrasting vertical and horizontal cladding gives the Eden 13 a chic, modern barn feel, and the alfresco decking off the kitchen under the main roof-line gives you great opportunities to enjoy your site's views no matter the weather.

Contempo 19
We created the Contempo 19 with a focus on wide open space and zoned living. Like all homes in the Contempo range, the Contempo 19 is suitable for large plots of land to give your home adequate space both inside and out. The home's clever design separates the primary and secondary bedrooms (three in total) via the central living space. The central space includes high-lite windows to maximise natural light, and we have designed the home to allow maximum storage and functionality. The home includes:

Hamlyn 17
A central living zone connects two impressive gabled volumes, the Hamlyn 17 is a real head-turner. Entry via expansive hardwood decking leads you either to the main bedroom (with walk-in robe and ensuite) or the secondary bedrooms, located around the family bathroom (with full-sized bathtub and separate WC and laundry with its own external access). The modern design allows the living and kitchen / meals area to include a raked ceiling and the bi-fold doors open to a rear alfresco deck, making this home perfect for entertaining.

Ultra-modern with a touch of Scandi design notes, the Mayfair 15 makes a bold impression. The sleek, flat roof and cubist facade conceal a spacious two-bedroom layout, designed to offer each bedroom a sense of privacy. The open-plan kitchen and main living area extend onto a hardwood deck, which faces two directions, allowing you to follow the sun throughout the afternoon, making it perfect for year-round enjoyment. Deluxe design features like a walk-in pantry, modern kitchen island and unique corner window elevate the Mayfair 15 into something really special.

Somerset 14
The contemporary design of the Somerset 14 gives you a compact three-bedroom home without skimping on any modern luxuries. A raked ceiling gives you added space in the main living area, and the bedroom layout gives the main bedroom a walk-in robe and ensuite. The secondary bedrooms are located around the central family bathroom and separate WC. A walk-in pantry and laundry with rear access allow you to utilise all of the internal space, and a full-length verandah off the main living gives you many options for outdoor living.
