Our process of constructing your home in our factory means we can build multiple houses simultaneously. This process benefits our clients in various ways. A primary benefit is that this allows the team to share resources and reduce waste, ensuring we do not use excess materials.
Getting complex machinery onto and off work sites can often be time- and resource-consuming. Constructing your home on-site with our machinery already in place removes this costly element from your home-building budget.
Our process also means we construct your home under constant supervision with strict quality control. We are so confident in our process that Swanbuild provides a 10-year warranty on all structural elements of your home and a 12-month maintenance warranty covering any minor adjustments.
Weather
Our factory build process also means that works are not encumbered by a typical construction delay, weather. Construction on your new Swanbuild home can occur during all types of adverse weather that would generally interrupt a traditional construction site.
Time
Constructing a modular home takes a fraction of the time of a traditional build. At Swanbuild, we build your home to 90% completion in our factory before transporting your home to the site and adding the final touches.
While construction is taking place, we work with you to get your site ready for your new home. Preparing your site includes coordinating your council approval process, connecting services and laying the foundation footing system that your new home will rest on. This process enables us to get you in your home approximately 6-9 months after starting work.
